What is Neatbot’s return policy?

Neatbot accepts returns within 14 days of receiving the package. If you do not request a return within that period, we will not be able to process the refund in accordance with the policy.

Order Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours after payment is successfully made. We will process and prepare orders for shipment within 24 hours after an order is placed. An order can be cancelled if the cancellation request is submitted before the order is shipped and within the allowed cancellation period set by the website.

If you are eligible for a return, please note that we do not cover the shipping costs for returns due to personal reasons. Returned items and packaging should be in good condition.

If the return is due to a product defect, please take a photo or video and contact us. We will cover the return shipping costs and refund it, or offer to ship new items at a discount.

How do I start the return process?

To initiate the return process, please send an email to neatbot.support@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.

What if I don’t have an order number?

To find your order number, please provide a valid email address, full name, and shipping address. The order number can also be found in your Neatbot account, packing slip or order confirmation email.

Returns must be agreed with us in advance. Never return without our approval.

How do I pack my tax refund form?

Send the return in a carton with a note with the order number on it. Fill the voids with filler material or bubble wrap to prevent damage during transportation. Returns damaged due to poor packaging will not be eligible for a refund.

How do I get a return address?

The shipping address must be obtained by contacting Neatbot. Please do not return the product without contacting to avoid inconvenience or unnecessary loss. Please note that our return address is different from the address on the package.

How long does it take for Neatbot to process my tax return?

Returns take 5-7 business days from the time they are delivered to our warehouse. If approved, refunds will be issued within 48 hours.

Refund Method

All approved refunds will be returned to the original consumer payment account. Refunds will not be issued to any other account.

For US credit cards, refunds usually arrive within 2-3 business days. For international credit cards, it can take anywhere from 5 to 7 business days or even longer, depending on your financial institution.

If I need a return refund, do I need to return the free gift that came with it?

You can keep any free gifts that come with your order.

Does Neatbot have a return shipping label?

Except in specific circumstances, we do not provide return shipping labels and are not responsible for domestic or international return costs.

What if my tax return is lost in the mail?

Please keep your return tracking number until you receive confirmation that your package has been processed. Take a picture of the delivery person’s return form, which can be helpful if the package is lost. No refunds are available for items that have not been safely returned to Neatbot. However, claims can be initiated by displaying a tracking number that has been confirmed to have been delivered.

Why didn’t I receive a full refund?

Shipping costs for all orders are non-refundable and may be deducted from the refund. In some cases, a partial refund may be offered.

If the return is due to consumer error, the consumer is responsible for the shipping costs according to the chosen courier company. If the return is due to our fault, such as a damaged or defective item, the consumer will not be responsible for the shipping costs.

Notice

1. If you need to return the product, it should be packed in the original box. If the original box is lost, an additional fee of NOK 200 will be charged.

2. The customer will be charged an additional NOK 400 shipping fee if:

a. Delivery failed due to the wrong address provided by the customer.

b. The customer refuses to accept the package or does not pick it up on arrival.
